Why the 361 Nemesis?

A graphic displaying th 361 Nemesis from multiple angles

Eight years ago this shoe was presented to us, and through gait analysis data from the shoe lab, we realized how much it stood out. During the shoe evaluation process, we not only use your own experience to make sure you are in the best shoe but we also use data to prove our conclusions. The 361 Nemesis has continually proven to be a premier option for customer satisfaction and data-driven results.

BUILD CONSISTENCY

The Nemesis is powered by full-length QU!KFOAM midsole to provide excellent cushioning and a smooth comfortable ride. In tandem with the lightweight QU!K Spine shank, it shows unmatched stability while maintaining a lightweight feel.

The dual-density material allows for the perfect blend of cushion and stability. The two materials act independently so that the breakdown process is slower, and the response and feedback your body gets from the ground is much greater than other shoes on the market.

HOW DOES IT FAIR IN GAIT ANALYSES?

The 361 Nemesis hasn’t only been proven in the field but also through our gait analysis.

Our Gait Analysis shows us if you are pronating, supinating, or have a neutral gait. Our research has found that almost 50% of the footwear people are wearing places them at risk for injury often due to over pronation and supination.

The Nemesis continues to perform at the top of the pack and is made lower to the ground and with a higher density material that prevents individuals from collapsing in and over pronating when going through their natural gait.

Due to the materials in the Nemesis being symmetrical throughout the entire shoe, it minimizes all motions, including rolling out. The density of the materials does not allow you to collapse and prevents over supination.

Our research with Gait Analysis has allowed us to determine the best shoes for each individual. After evaluating over 10,000+ video gait analysis we have found that the 361° Nemesis continually minimizes pronation and supination.

CROSS-TRAINING APPEAL

The 361 Nemesis stability can be advantageous to those looking for a running shoe that is also great for workout classes. The stable nature allows for multiple activities beyond running including workout classes and strength training.

This was seen first hand in Orange Theory fitness participant Rachel L.  "I absolutely love the 361° shoes... I have 5 pairs! Marx Running did a gait analysis at Orangetheory Fitness and wow, was I shocked at the lack of support from the shoes I WAS wearing. Needless to say, I ditched those and got the 361° (Nemesis)!" said Rachel.

Rachel is far from the only customer to have this experience. The 361 Nemesis has performed very well in exercise classes like OrangeTheory and CrossFit due to its ability to work as both a running and cross-training shoe.
